Bobby Gene Johnson

Bobby Gene Johnson, 57, of Coleman, died Monday, November 11, 2013 at his residence. Funeral service will be be 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, November 13, 2013 at Stevens Funeral Home Chapel, 400 West Pecan Street, Coleman. Burial will follow in the Coleman City Cemetery, under the direction of Stevens Funeral Home.



Bobby Gene Johnson was born December 20, 1955 in Coleman to Harvey and Frances Horton Johnson. He grew up in Coleman and attended school at Talpa-Centennial. He worked at Dry Manufacturing, Dal-Tile Plant, Coleman County and was also a custom hay baler with his dad. He was also a Baptist.



Survivors include a very special friend, Shirley Brigandi of Coleman; three brothers, Larry Johnson and wife, Donna, of Coleman; Earl Johnson and wife, Cindy, of Coleman, Jimmy Johnson of Coleman; two sisters, Carolyn Payne and husband, Gary, of Coleman, Linda Burton and husband, Chris, of Coleman; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and special caregiver, Joan Keeney of Coleman.



He was preceded in death by his parents; three brothers including Darrell Johnson and one sister.



Family visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
