Clifford Gary Bouldin, age 67, of Fisk, passed away Monday, May 23, 2016 at an Abilene hospital. Graveside funeral service will be held 10:00 a.m. Thursday, May 26, 2016, at the Brown Ranch Cemetery Pavilion with Leslie Davidson, pastor of the Hope In Christ Cowboy Church in Big Lake, officiating. Interment will follow in the Brown Ranch Cemetery under the direction of Stevens Funeral Home, Coleman.
He was born February 14, 1949 in Coleman to Clifford and Ruth Bouldin. He grew up in Leaday and attended school in Mozelle, graduating in 1967 as Valedictorian of his class. Gary lived all of his life in Southern Coleman County and was a farmer and a rancher. Throughout the years he served on the school board at both Mozelle and Panther Creek schools. He very much enjoyed stock shows, feeding lambs and helping his children and especially his grandchildren, with their lamb projects every year.
He is survived by his daughter, Melinda Bouldin; son, Monty Bouldin and wife Amber; grandchildren, Chelsey Insixiengmay and husband Tylor, Brock Bouldin, Brent Bouldin, Blaine Bouldin, Kealey Bouldin, ; great-grandchildren, Brooklyn Bouldin and Braundon Bouldin. He is also survived by his sister, Norrene Jamison and husband Johnny, and brother, Sonny Bouldin and wife Sandy.
Gary was a good friend to many. His sharp wit and quick humor will be sorely missed.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 25, from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Stevens Funeral Home, 400 W. Pecan Street, Coleman, Texas.
