Diane Berry, 55, of Abilene, died Saturday, May 24, 2014 at Hendrick Medical Center. Graveside service will be 2:00 p.m. Sunday, May 25, 2014 at the Coleman City Cemetery Pavilion, 1600 East 9th Street, Coleman, with Donald Williams officiating. Services are under the direction of Stevens Funeral Home, Coleman,

She was born Cecilia Diane Berry on June 16, 1958 in Coleman to Sybil Landers Berry and the late Cecil W. Berry. She grew up and attended school in Coleman. Diane had a sly sense of humor and never met a stranger, saying "Hello, Friend!" to everyone she met.

Survivors include her mother, Sybil Berry of Coleman, one brother, Dewayne Berry and wife, Ina Jo, of Coleman; two sisters, Deborah Barker of Coleman, Dellene Reid and husband, Dickie, of Kerrville and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her father, Cecil Berry in 1991.
