Dorothy Hubbard Bohannon

Dorothy Louise Hubbard Bohannon, age 96, of Abilene, and formerly of Coleman, died Thursday, December 28, 2017, at her residence. Funeral service will be held 11:00 a.m. Saturday, December 30, in Stevens Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Roy G. Meksch of Harvest Baptist Church in Abilene, officiating. Interment will follow in the Coleman Cemetery under the direction of Stevens Funeral Home, 400 W. Pecan Street, Coleman.

She is survived by three daughters, Linda Yarbrough and husband Mike of Weatherford, Carolyn Smith and husband Jim of Abilene, Sandra Burks of Tuscola; seven grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren and 10 great-great grandchildren; many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ed Bohannon; her parents, five brothers and three sisters and a great-grandson, Joshua Parvin.

Pallbearers will be Coye Underwood, Ricky Burks, Henry Atkinson, Joseph Scarbrough, James Parvin and Ronnie Jeffreys.
