Maureen Hickman

Maureen Hickman, 89, of Coleman, died Wednesday, April 29, 2015 in Lake Way, Texas. Funeral service will be 2:00 p.m. Monday, May 4, 2015 at Concho Baptist Church, 1700 South Concho Street, Coleman, with Rev. Daniel Stovall officiating. Burial will be in the Coleman City Cemetery. Services are under the direction of Stevens Funeral Home.

She was born Maureen Corder on May 22, 1925 in Sweetwater to Claude Corder and Bessie M. Hubbard Corder. She married Duncan Cauley and he preceded her in death in 1969. On April 26, 1975, she married W.R. "Bill Dick" Hickman in Coleman. He preceded her in death in 2003. Mrs. Hickman was a member of Concho Baptist Church.

Survivors include one son, Douglas Cauley and wife, Cindy; five grandchildren, Brian Cauley and wife, Ginny, Steven Cauley and wife Nancy, Beck Greatting and husband, Chris, Andrew Rowley, Jessica Rowley; nine grandchildren, Alex Cauley, Ali, Cauley, Benjamin Trujillo, Natalie Demara, Cameron Leary, Aaron Cauley, Jayline Cauley, Jesse Greatting, Jordan Greatting.

Visitation with the family will be from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Sunday, May 3, 2015 at Stevens Funeral Home, 400 West Pecan Street, Coleman.
