Mitzi Davis Eubank, age 58, of Coleman, died Wednesday, February 15, 2017 at Coleman County Medical Center. Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 18, from 4:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. at Stevens Funeral Home, 400 W. Pecan Street, Coleman, Texas. Funeral service will be held 2:00 p.m. Sunday, February 19 in Stevens Funeral Home Chapel with Coy Davis officiating.
She was born Mitzi Ann Davis on July 29, 1958 in Pecos, Texas, a daughter of Glen and Marlene Hampton Davis. She grew up in Pecos and attended school at Imperial. Mitzi lived for many years in McCamey where she worked as the secretary for the Upton County Judge. In 2000 she moved to Coleman and was manager of the Buggy Wheel. On August 22, 2002 she married Charles Eubank in Coleman. She had been a member of First Baptist Church in Pecos.
Survivors include her husband, Charles Eubank of Coleman; three sons, Denny Glenn and wife Sonya of McCamey, Bryan Glenn and wife Brandy of McCamey and Travis Glenn of Coleman; ten grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; several nieces, nephews and cousins.
She was preceded in death by one brother, Tommy Davis, and a sister, Cynthia Thomasson.
