Born in Santa Anna, she was the daughter of Elzie Buck and Ila Leola Drake. Patsy worked for over 20 years for Wal-Mart. She will be remembered for her loving smile, warm heart, and strong determination. Patsy was a loving, hard-working mother, sister, and friend. Patsy cherished her faith, family and friends. She spent many hours reading her Bible and praying, wanting all to know her Jesus as their Savior.

Her strength and determination helped her raise her own two children and many unofficially adopted sons and daughters through the years. Patsy welcomed and loved all who entered her life.

Patsy is preceded in death by her baby daughter, Suzy Lynn Allen, parents Elzie Buck and Ila Leola Drake, son-in-law, Jimmy Jones, sister, Maureen Watson, brother, Milton Drake, and brother-in-law, Eurell Blair.

Patsy leaves behind a large, extended family network. Those left to cherish her memory are her son, Chris Allen and wife Laura, and daughter, Sherry Ann Jones. She also leaves behind her grandsons, Dylin Bland, Kolbey Bland and wife Morgan and great-grandson, William Bland. Stepsons include Allan Peveto and wife Tricia, and Jimmy Peveto. Patsy loved her sisters, Delma Blair, Sherry Burleson and husband Jerry, Eva Mauldin, David Drake and wife Peggy, Robbie Drake and wife Vicki, and numerous nieces, nephews, adopted grandsons and granddaughters.

Heartfelt thanks and appreciation go to Hendricks Hospice nurses and aide, Jason and Robert, for their care and support.
