Pennye Lowe Hayes

Pennye Lowe Hayes, age 48, of Coleman, passed away Friday, December 25, 2015, in a Dallas hospital. Funeral service will be held 2:00 p.m. Monday, December 28, in Stevens Funeral Home Chapel with Sam Wilson and Guy Lowe officiating. Burial will follow in the Shields Cemetery under the direction of Stevens Funeral Home, Coleman.

Pennye was born September 12, 1967 in Coleman, a daughter of Bill and Helen Lowe. She grew up in Coleman where she attended school. In 1985 she was married to Billy Don Keeney in Coleman and had three children, Courtney, Kelly and Zachery. They later divorced. At the time of her death, she was engaged to Wiley Rambo. She was a member of Emmanuel Baptist Church.

Survivors include her three children, Courtney Vanpelt and husband Paul of Coleman, Kelly Keeney of Fort Worth and Zachery Keeney of Fort Worth; her mother, Helen Lowe of Coleman; one sister, Paula Diaz and husband David of Coleman; two brothers, Ray Lowe and wife Ramona of Waco, Guy Lowe and wife Tracy of Eau Claire, Wisconsin; fiancAC.e' Wiley Rambo of Coleman; four grandchildren, Caleb, Jacob and Haydin Vanpelt and Carson Ray Keeney; numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.

She was preceded in death by her father, Bill Lowe, on October 3, 2013.

Visitation will be held on Sunday from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Stevens Funeral Home, 400 W. Pecan Street, Coleman, Texas.
