Raylene Duke Plummer, 49, passed away from this earth on March 18, 2015 at Hendricks Medical Center. She was the wife of Joe Plummer. They shared 18 wonderful years together.
Raylene was born on September 14, 1965 in Coleman where she lived a short time before moving to Houston. Raylene was the daughter of Bill Haas and Doris Allen and raised by Dr. Jean And Doris Duke.
