Sybil Estelle Cagle

Sybil Estelle Teaff Watson Cagle, 91, a long-time resident of Coleman County, went home to be with her Lord on February 3, 2015 in Waco. Graveside service will be 2:00 p.m. Saturday, February 7, 2015 at the Coleman City Cemetery Pavilion with Chuck Sims officiating. Burial will follow in the Coleman City Cemetery, under the direction of Stevens Funeral Home.

Sybil Estelle Teaff Watson Cagle was born June 23, 1923 in Tye, to James William and Nancy Catherine Teaff. She married Otis James Watson on December 20, 1947 in Close City. He passed away in 1978. She married Leonard Wayne Cagle May 24, 1984 in Coleman. He died in 2005. Her parents and nine siblings also preceded her in death.

Mrs. Cagle had in recent years lived in Waco, to be near family.

She is survived by one daughter, Becky Ellison & husband Dewey of Waco; two sons, David Watson of Waco, Will Watson of Tacoma, Washington; three grandchildren, Jennifer Featherstone & husband, Stewart of Austin, Matthew Ellison of Burlingame, California, Mandy Holmes & husband Brandon of Waco, three great-grandchildren, Austin & Logan Holmes and Max Featherstone and several cousins, nieces and nephews.

Sybil was a part of a large family and extended family and will be missed by all.

Family will visitation will be from 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. Saturday, February 7, 2015 at Stevens Funeral Home, 400 West Pecan Street, Coleman.
